THE MAXIMALIST GRASS ROOM WEDDING IN LOS ANGELES

In the realm of a vibrant LA love story, the couple's journey unfolded against the backdrop of the digital world of Tinder before strutting its stuff at this Grass Room wedding. Their love story, a narrative familiar to elder millennials, commenced in 2014. After six months of dating, they decided to formalize their commitment, culminating in a move-in together in 2019. During a trip to Cozumel in September 2022, Brian and Liz got engaged in a secluded area on a beautiful cliff.

Liz and Brian Grass Room Wedding

Liz and Brian chose the Grass Room in DTLA for its vibrant and funky elements. They loved all of the colors and minimalist style of the venue. It aligned so much with their vibe of having their guests, and themselves have a fun night that reflected their personalities.

There were so many stunning elements that went into their Grass Room wedding. Brian and Liz really loved the disco ball installation from Stage Labs, which caused a show-stopping moment when guests saw it. Buds Budding saved the day by creating a stunning last-minute bouquet.

The couple also set their sights on a few DIY projects for a personal touch, including arranging dried florals for the centerpieces and hand-cut cloth napkins, which added a touch of color. Brian curated playlists for pre-ceremony and cocktail hour featuring the couple’s favorite artists.

While their dog Biscuit made an appearance during the Grass Room wedding ceremony, they made sure he was represented at the reception as well with a cardboard cut-out for the photo booth that also made it to the dance floor.

Liz and Brian ended their evening after the festivities wrapped up by ordering In-N-Out, which was a perfect end after dancing the night away.
