- Usage Rights for Educational Material: Educational digital downloads are provided for personal use and may not be shared, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission from Mandee Johnson Photography. Clients may not modify, resell, or publicly distribute the educational content. Violations of these terms may result in legal action. Group or institutional licenses for educational content may be available upon request.
- General Usage Rights: All copyrights to the images and other digital materials remain with Mandee Johnson Photography. Clients and vendors may use photos for organic social media and website usage with proper credit. Social media posts should tag @mandeephoto, and websites must link to www.mjpweddings.com. Clients may not use images for commercial purposes, resell, or modify them without express written permission from Mandee Johnson Photography.

2. Client Agreements
Refunds, cancellations, and other service terms are detailed in the agreement that clients sign before securing services. Any requests to cancel or modify bookings must adhere to the terms outlined in these signed agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files within the specified access period provided by Mandee Johnson Photography. We cannot guarantee indefinite storage of files. Clients are also responsible for communicating session details accurately and obtaining any necessary permits for photo locations.

Clients may opt-in to email marketing via checkboxes on forms. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email. We will only send marketing emails to clients and potential clients who have provided explicit consent.

4. Data Security
We take the security of your data seriously and utilize Stripe for secure payment processing. No payment information is accessed or stored by us directly.
